I get inspired by these fashion rulers, trend makers and rule breakers. It is also true that with your lowest budget/income, you can as well be fashionable as you can be but trust me when I say "500GHC dress can't be compared to 80GHC evening dress. Why? The amount of time, energy, resources and taste added and given to the expensive dress to make it appear classy isn't the same as the cheap dress. But that is not to say you can't be fashionable with your low income.
